Q. How long does it take for orders to ship?

A. Orders will likely be processed the next day, but can take 3 business days to process if ordered over a weekend for instance. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.



Q. What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

A. If you receive a damaged item take pictures of the damages and email them to support@alohigoldapparel.com within 3 days after you receive your purchase. We will be glad to assist you!



Q. How long does it take to process a return?

A. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 7 days to process your return and issue a refund.



Q. How are items shipped?

A. We use USPS to ship all orders. There are 3 options to choose from. First class packages are not insured and usually take 3-8 business days from the shipped date to arrive. Priority mail packages are insured and usually take 2-3 business days from the shipped date to arrive. Priority mail express packages are insured and usually take 1-3 business days from the shipped date to arrive.



Q. How do I cancel an Order?  

A. We do not allow cancelations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please email us at support@alohigoldapparel.com we will be glad to help!
