At Alohi Gold Apparel, we want you to feel as confident in your purchases as you do wearing our pieces. Each item is crafted with care and thoughtfully designed to bring a little paradise into your everyday life — but we understand that sometimes, something might not be the perfect fit.

That’s why we’re here to make returns as simple and stress-free as possible! 🌿

Returns Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Sale items, gift cards and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygienic reasons, accessories such as hats, jewelry, and swimwear are final sale.
  • Custom made items are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our friendly team at support@alohigoldapparel.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping details.
  3. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

I understand how tricky it can be to shop for clothing online — we all have our unique fit concerns. While I can’t promise I’ll always have the exact size you need for an exchange, I can promise this: if I don’t have the perfect replacement, I’ll make it right with a full refund of your purchase price. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each item before it ships, but if you receive something that isn’t perfect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

A Note on Return Shipping

As a small-batch, sustainable brand, we kindly ask that customers cover return shipping costs. This helps us continue to create mindful collections with care for both people and the planet. 🌿

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you choose priority mail at checkout, your package is covered by insurance at no extra stress or cost to you!  If your protected package is lost or stolen, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Just email us at support@alohigoldapparel.com and we will work with you to file a claim and immediately send out a replacement package at no additional cost to you.

* Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
